Can I start without preparing anything?
Yes. Choose “I’m starting fresh”. You do not need a domain, finished copy or technical knowledge. We guide you through your goals and content and draft copy from your bullet points.
Why are your packages affordable?
We focus on clearly scoped websites, landing pages and guest guides. Proven design foundations, a structured process and direct communication keep project overhead manageable. Additional work is quoted in advance.
What does the monthly service cover?
The proposed service includes hosting, HTTPS, one standard .de domain costing up to €20/year at regular rates, backups before changes, monthly functional checks and necessary technical maintenance of the delivered scope. Plus includes 15 and Pro 30 minutes of updates to existing content each month. New features and third-party costs require a separate quote.
Can I cancel the monthly service?
Creation and ongoing operation are separate services. Operation starts at publication with an initial term of twelve months. Ordinary cancellation is possible at the end of the initial term with one month’s notice. It then continues indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. Statutory special rights remain unaffected. Once creation is fully paid, you receive the agreed standard export. A new host and active migration assistance are not included.

Can you replace my existing website?
Yes. Enter your domain and tell us what needs to improve. Before quoting, we review reusable content, rights, contracts, important URLs and email accounts. Your existing site stays in place until the agreed switch. Complex migrations are quoted separately.
Will the design feel like my business?
Yes. Colours, imagery, copy and your chosen design direction are adapted to your business. Packages use reusable design foundations. A completely new brand identity or logo system is not included.
How does payment work?
The proposal is 50% after commissioning and 50% after documented acceptance, before publication. Monthly service starts when the site goes live. This preview accepts no orders or payments. Your individual quote sets the binding terms.
Does a package include all three products?
Each package covers one project: a website, a landing page or a guest guide. Guest guides use topics instead of content pages. Legal information pages do not count towards the page limit. Bundles and additional projects are quoted separately.
Does the package include a shop or booking engine?
Contact links, WhatsApp links and links to existing booking services are included. A custom shop, payments, booking engine, member area, bespoke integrations and complex migration are additional projects. Paid integrations are itemised in your quote.
How long does delivery take?
Once your brief is complete, the start is agreed and the deposit is received, we reserve your production slot. Your quote includes a realistic delivery date. We discuss missing content or additional requests with you.
How will I share content and photos?
After commissioning, you receive the native StayNature brief and a personal Dropbox upload link. Answer the questions in your browser, download your brief and upload it to your project folder alongside photos and copy. This website does not automatically submit your answers. No Dropbox account is required for the file request. Passwords and door codes are handled separately.
Do you provide legal advice or guarantee more enquiries?
We integrate legal texts supplied by you or reviewed separately. Legal advice, legal certification and guaranteed rankings or revenue are not included. The goal is a clear presentation, good usability and easy ways to get in touch.
