Keeping simple clear.
A package covers a website OR a landing page OR a guest guide. Limits apply to the entire project; with two languages, the page limit applies per language version. Pro guest guides include up to three properties in one shared guide.
Responsive design, your colours and imagery, clear navigation, contact/WhatsApp links, basic technical search optimisation and integration of supplied legal texts. Copy from your bullet points: up to 600 / 1,500 / 2,500 words per language version.
Hosting, HTTPS, one standard .de domain up to €20/year at regular rates, backups before changes and monthly functional checks. Content minutes cover existing text and images; unused minutes expire monthly. Remedying defects does not consume this allowance.
New features, shops, custom booking systems, complex migrations, extra languages, logo design, photo/video production and paid external services. Additional work: €79/hour incl. VAT, only with prior approval.
Creation: 50% on commissioning, 50% after acceptance before publication. Operation starts at launch with a twelve-month initial term. Cancel at the end of the initial term with one month’s notice; it then continues indefinitely and is cancellable at any time with one month’s notice. Domain in your name. The agreed standard export is included once creation is fully paid. Only your individual quote is binding.
What happens when I cancel?
Agreed services continue until the contract ends. Our hosting and care then stop. Your paid website can continue with another host using the agreed export. The domain is transferred or continued separately and is never automatically deleted solely because hosting is cancelled. A new host and active migration assistance are additional costs. We retain the ability to reuse our design foundations and production tools for other projects.
